The Uniform : Acceptance and Refual
Nowadays the phenomenon of uniform appeared in universities & institutes organized by government. A lot of students at Al-Mustansriya University & Al-Rafidain University College disagree with this issue.
When asked why they disagree? They said “we want to be elegant everyday and to wear a white shirt everyday seems to be monotonous, therefore we want change to different colors.”
But others do agree with the uniform. We asked them of their reasons and their answer was: “we respect uniform, it is a good thing because it displays students in a way that gets them noticed and respected by all people, and there is another reason; clothes are very expensive nowadays, so this may help many students in their lives.”
